POSITION SUMMARY:
This position will provide administrative support to AtriCure’s Chief Marketing & Strategy Officer (CMO), in addition to the Marketing & Healthcare Economics leadership team. The individual will be an essential part of the Marketing & Healthcare Economics function and perform duties to support the CMO and the Marketing & Healthcare Economics leadership team, such as arranging travel, managing a complex calendar, coordinating goals and tracking results, managing expense reporting, coordination of meetings and conferences, creating presentations, and working on special projects. This role will answer non-routine correspondence and assemble highly confidential and sensitive information. S/he will deal with a diverse group of external callers and visitors as well as internal contacts at all levels of the organization. Independent judgment is required to plan, prioritize, and organize diversified workload, and recommend changes in office practices or procedures. S/he will collaborate with AtriCure administrative staff to support cohesiveness across AtriCure.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE POSITION:
- Coordinate travel for the Marketing & Healthcare Economics Leadership Team, including managing expense reporting
- Schedule and organize complex activities such as meetings, calendars, expense reports, conferences, and leadership team activities often managing international time zones and complexities
- Create, edit and develop visual presentations for the CMO as needed
- Create general correspondences, memos, charts, tables, graphs, business plans, etc.
- Proofread copy for spelling, grammar, and layout, make appropriate changes
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality with respect to department matters
- Work independently and within a team on special nonrecurring and ongoing projects
- Support planning and execution of Marketing and Healthcare Economics leadership team meetings

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum of five years administrative support experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Proven written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to set up video conferences using Webex, Teams, etc.
- Advanced skills using Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Adobe DocuSign and the internet. Must be able to perform moderately advanced tasks such as analysis/formulas in Excel, creating PowerPoint graphics and charts, linking files and managing multiple calendars and basic technology troubleshooting.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Associates or Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Experience with using and creating graphics in PowerPoint preferred
OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
- Ability to regularly walk, sit, or stand as needed
- Ability to occasionally bend and push/pull as needed
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
