Position Summary:

The Junior Operations Coordinator will be responsible for managing complaint handling, goods return handling, and Service Database administration processes, together with the Senior Operations coordinator. This position will be for 40 hours a week. In more detail:

What you'll be doing:

Complains Handling

  • Making sure all the EU complaints are correctly maintained/processed within the desired timeframes.
  • Accurately maintaining the EU complaints dashboard.
  • Communicate all the EU complaints with the suppliers according to their regulations.

Returns Handling (RMA’s)

  • Manage all the returns related to complaints. This includes hardware returns to the EU Distribution & Service Center, AtriCure disposable returns to US headquarters, and combinations of these two.
  • Manage all the shipments related to disposable returns (trunk stock, consignment, hospital).
  • Manage all the shipments related to hardware exchanges.
  • Manage all the (spare) parts shipment related to customer/on-site service engineer needs.

CRM-FS

  • Creating and Manage FS Cases
  • Creating service quotes for customer owned activities
  • Creating Work orders for requested/needed service activities
  • (Spare parts) inventory handling. Book out (spare) parts related to work order activities
  • Create Service invoices according to quotes, service activities and/or service contracts

A little about yourself:

  • MBO degree
  • Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in supply chain, customer service or sales support
  • Strong written/verbal communication in English
  • Ability to work in a variety of systems (ERP systems, CRM, Service Management Systems, WMS/TMS)
  • Strong MS Office skills
  • Written/Verbal communication in German is a benefit
