POSITION SUMMARY:

The Supply Chain Coordinator will be responsible for the inbound process, coordinating logistics and inventory activities and interacting with internal and external customers.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE POSITION:

  • Supervise warehouse/customer service activities outsourced to the 3PL
  • Coordinate Rework and Quarantine disposition activities
  • Coordinate item master data activities
  • Marketing & Professional Education Outbounds
  • Weekly Stock Reconciliation
  • Work closely with Warehouse operator
  • Assist/Back up Logistics/Operations/Sales Operations activities

ADDITIONAL ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE POSITION:

Ability to work under fast-paced conditions

  • Ability to make decisions and use good judgment
  • Ability to prioritize various duties and multitask as required Ability to successfully work with internal and external customers

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS:MBO degree

  • Minimum 5 years experience in supply chain, customer service or sales support Strong written/verbal communication in English
  • Ability to work in a variety of systems (ERP systems, CRM, Service Management Systems, WMS/TMS)
  • Basic import and export knowledge
  • Strong MS Excel skills
  • Written/Verbal communication in German or French Experience in the medical device field
