Schedule: Monday - Friday 6:00am-2:30pm

Within our Fraud Detection unit, we’re looking for teammates who can help us meet the needs of our clients and the bank by reviewing potentially fraudulent activity, mitigating loss and remediating client impacts.
As part of our Fraud Application Team, detection analysts perform complex reviews of potentially fraudulent credit card applications to determine whether the true client actually applied for the product. This role does involve some inbound and outbound phone-based client interaction as needed to verify information on the application. Detection analysts benefit from in-depth training and have opportunities for ongoing professional development and career growth.

This role is responsible for reviewing complex products for the prevention and detection of possible fraud. These individuals are responsible for research and analysis of account activity to assess levels of risk and fraud. They complete inbound and outbound calls and take appropriate action based on transaction characteristics of greater complexity. In addition, they may perform functions related to research and resolution of fraudulent activity and service support.
Required Skills:
• Ability to research information through multiple systems, in order to make judgmental decisions based on the data reviewed.
• Strong sense of urgency and ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment with a focus on risk mitigation and client experience.
• Comfortable taking inbound and making outbound calls to clients.
• Communicates effectively and confidently.
• Ability to learn and adapt to new information and technology platforms.
Desired Skills
• Prior experience in a fraud related role.
• Experience working in an environment where both individual and team goals are met or exceeded routinely.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills and ability to solve complex problems by reviewing related information
