Overview

Responsible for developing, enhancing, modifying and maintaining applications in the GWBARS, a Global Transaction Services Analytics and Reporting platform supporting Treasury LOB. Global Transaction Services supports the treasury line of business to provide liquidity management, payments and receipts, trade and supply chain finance, foreign exchange and commercial card services to small businesses, middle-market companies, multinational corporations, financial institutions and governments around the world. The application is used for analytical, operational, forecasting, revenue-generating and client prospecting use cases in treasury, deposit, payments and trade finance operations. Software developers design, code, test, debug and document programs as well as support activities for the deposits, payments, and trade finance subject area. Developers work closely with business partners in defining requirements for the applications. Subject matter expertise in deposits, payments or liquidity is preferred. Developers typically have in-depth knowledge of development tools and languages.

Required Technical Skills:

5+ years of strong development experience in any of the RDBMS:

• Oracle / Exadata

• Sybase

• Teradata

• Netezza

• MS SQL

Required Experience:

• Experience writing Shell scripts in LINUX

• Experience in SQL, PL/SQL, stored procedures

• Hands on experience with Large Data Warehouses

• Experience in any ETL tools like, Informatica, InfoSphere, TalenD, etc. preferred

• Experience working in Agile environment, and familiar with principles of prioritized solution delivery

• Excellent communication skills, be able to understand and translate business requirements
