Job Description:
This role is responsible for the day-to-day resolution of complex problems and the research and execution of complex transactions for multiple sites or larger business unit(s). Key responsibilities of the role include leading the design, development and implementation of products, systems, processes and services using discretion within the project management methodologies, with a strong focus on continuous improvement.
Responsibilities:
• Leads the design, development and implementation of complex products, systems and services in an operations environment using subject matter expertise.
• Manages projects and direct activities of a team related to special initiatives
• Advises as technical expert in assigned area by providing work direction, guidance and expertise to less experienced associates and training to associates and Business Partners on new complex initiatives
• Builds strong relationships with business partners across various lines of business
• Manages and defines responsibilities and accountabilities for key program/projects
This is a role to support the delivery of our electronic content management system. Key responsibilities include troubleshooting and testing production issues. Additionally working with stakeholders to understand business process improvement requirements, workflow and/or database develop & design, test, and implement. The role is to also be a secondary support for our online & mobile banking services. Key responsibilities include troubleshooting and testing issues, and working with the vendor to fix and implement new mobile builds.
•Track, troubleshoot, work with vendors, and reply to production issues reported by customer support, helpdesks, banking centers, and departments.
•Identify, design, build, test, and implement new business workflow processes and related database.
•Collect and submit vendor management documents, such as meeting minutes, annual reviews, and invoices.
•Review and update OnBase and OLB procedures and training.

Required Qualifications:
6 months or more application testing proficiency including functionality and regression testing experience.
Strong self-starter with excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
Must be able to multi-task and work independently.
Strong oral and written communications skills
Desired Qualifications:
Individuals in this role should possess a working knowledge of MBOD products, services, and processes.
Previous system application support experience.
Basic to intermediate SQL experience, for example querying databases, data analysis, and data management.
Project management experience.
Writing test scripts. Writing / reviewing procedures.
