Job Description:
This job is responsible for planning and coordinating the execution of project/small program deliverables which requires the engagement of multiple teams. Key responsibilities include communicating work objectives, coordinating delivery, facilitating sync points across teams, providing end-to-end visibility into the health of the deliverables, and managing program risk and compliance to standards. Job expectations include ensuring delivery meets the client’s expectations in terms of the functionality, quality, timeline, and cost.

Position Summary

Supports and Accountable for End to End Technology Execution Delivery for programs and projects. Performs project management responsibilities relating to information technology implementations, upgrades, conversion and recovery. Role has matrixed execution responsibility across all technology organizations as well as LOB Portfolio/Program Manager on the business side for delivering the program/projects. Manages multiple projects or a single major project. Partners with Program and Project Managers and SMEs to create business requirements/features for technology solutions. Assists with technology estimates, technology architecture designs, manages moderate to high complexity technology solutions for projects to a full-scale deployment in a live environment. Manages to timelines, testing coordination, project governance and communicates project status.

  • Lead and coordinate routines to support delivery (for example, kick-offs, status reviews, stakeholder meetings, change controls and tollgates, and so on).
  • Manage coordination of delivery and dependencies across multiple teams.
  • Ensure Program/Project finance is within the Approved budget and track they allocations/burn very closely, Understands the Variances.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration across organizations to support the deliverable completion and timeline.
  • Provide status updates for the deliverables to stakeholders and leadership pertaining to delivery, risks, issues and schedule.
  • Work with sponsors and stakeholders to ensure that execution is aligned with deliverable requirements.
  • Support resource planning for delivery and execution.
  • Ensure adherence with Enterprise Change Management standards.
  • Possesses knowledge of prior solutions to existing problems and applies them to solve similar problems
  • Collaborates with own team and across teams. Asks questions to obtain views from others.
  • Contributes to artifacts needed for governance forums. Understands stakeholder expectations and creates regular updates to keep stakeholders informed.

Required Qualifications

  • Typically requires 5-7 years of applicable experience.

  • E2E Program / Project Management Skill Sets, Requirements Management, Program Finance Management E2E from estimates to allocations including balancing on regular basis, Coordinating Project Governance including Plan, Build, Testing & Operate, Work with Bank tools PMMT / PPRT/ TPAS and learn any new as introduced for Program/Finance management, Release-Deployment Management, JIRA.

  • Time management. Effective communication skill set to collaborate with Teams, Management and provide well articulated updates. Executive friendly presentation skills. Work with MS Tools like Excel, Tableau, Access, PowerPoint on regular basis. As payments is core to Bank and managing risk effectively is very vital. leading to act with urgency for any issues/tasks related to program/projects.

  • Accountable for team level resource and financial management; build and maintain teams through talent acquisition.

  • Set maturity objectives and enable individuals/teams to with training and resources to achieve them.

  • Build Relationships with business and technology executives across multiple organizations, as well as Compliance and Risk
