Job Description*
We are seeking an experienced .NET Senior Engineer to drive the technical vision for our .NET applications. The candidate needs to have a strong background in .NET framework, C#, and related technologies, as well as excellent problem-solving skills. The candidate will act as the primary interface with business partners, solution architects, and cross-organizational technology teams.
Responsibilities*
Key responsibilities include:
- Develops, designs, enhances, debugs, research, supports, maintains, and tests .NET applications that support business units or supporting functions.
- These application program solutions may involve diverse development platforms, software, hardware, technologies and tools. Participates in the design, development, and implementation of complex applications, often using modern technologies.
- Develop and implement technical strategies and roadmaps.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to drive business growth and innovation.
- Ensure high-quality code delivery and adherence to best practices.
- Foster a culture of innovation, experimentation, and continuous learning.
- May provide technical direction and system design for individual initiatives.
- Works under minimal supervision, with general guidance from manager or other leads.
- Hand on experience working on JIRA and ability to drive project stories and metrics through JIRA board.
- Ability to navigate bank’s processes and help resolve project impediments or development team.
- Interpret business requirements and translate them into design solutions. Ensures delivered solutions are realized in timeframe committed. Build strong relationship and influence on team members.
- Ability to Create and maintain system, functional and reference documentation.
- Participate in scrum teams working on sprints and ensure on time delivery with high quality.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills.

- Graduation / Post Graduation
Experience Range*
12 - 15+ years
Foundational skills*
- 12+ years web development experience with ASP.NET, .NET Core and client-side framework
- 8+ years of MS SQL Server development experience
- 5+ years of Angular development experience
- 5+ years’ experience of Scrum and Agile SDLC experience
- 3+ years Working with GIT in a team environment.
- 6+ years designing medium to large applications.
- Able to build service-oriented applications, n-tier architecture, web services, and consume web services (SOAP and REST)
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Strong business acumen and ability to drive technical vision.
- Experience with agile development methodologies and version control systems (Git)
- Ability to attract, retain, and develop top talent.
Desired skills
- Experience with P/Invoke, Native Methods, and C++
- Experience with SSIS
- Experience with JavaScript framework
- Experience with Elsa
- Experience with Kendo UI
- Experience with TDD, and Unit Tests
- Knowledge of HTML5 frameworks
