Process Overview*

ENTERPRISE TECH HR Technology: Development / Support/ testing of the technology solutions for the bank’s human resource line of business applications.

Job Description*.

• Analyze, design and develop React based technical solutions in HR Technology.
  • Individual would be responsible for working with the business analysts and tech lead in understanding the requirements, coming up with an elegant solution based on Java, J2EE platform, building the code to implement the solution, performing regular code reviews to ensure compliance with design standards and working with other members on the team to collectively build an enterprise solution.
  • As a member of an Agile Team, it will be required to participate in Scrum ceremonies to include daily stand-up meetings, backlog grooming, product demos, and retrospectives.
  • Written and verbal communication skills are very important to ensure all team members are aware of roadblocks and development progress.
  • Work with Testing Teams to ensure timely correction of defects or missed requirements.
  • Participate in the implementation of Java including design, definition, and development of AEM content type models, workflows, templates, and components, and use permissions.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills; positive attitude; team player; flexible and Willingness to learn and adapt to changes.
  • Ability to quickly diagnose the problem areas and come up with solutions and/or workarounds
  • Good knowledge of OOPS concepts

Responsibilities*
Key responsibilities include:

• Develop, enhance, debug, support, maintain and test-based software applications that support business units or supporting functions
• Participate in the design, development, and implementation of complex applications, often using new technologies
• Provide technical direction and system architecture for individual initiatives
• Must have good understanding of API implementation
• Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
• Responsible to develop test cases and perform unit testing
• Must be able to interact and co-ordinate with distributed team
• Responsible to provide regular task status update to the management

Requirements

Education*

• Any Graduation / Post Graduation

Experience Range*

• 5 to 8 years

• Source control tool like GIT
• Strong time management and task prioritization skills
