Role Description
The Treasury Sales Associate/Analyst (TSA) is responsible for supporting the Sales processes for one or more Treasury Sales Officers (TSO). Working with the TSO to assist in managing and growing the GTS portfolios of Large Corporate Irish based HQ Clients and EMEA treasury centres. . Assist in coordinating the Client Management process by focusing on new client acquisition and further development of existing relationships through identifying client needs.
TSAs are responsible for utilising support partners and resources to coordinate industry, prospects, and client research for use in pre-call planning for TSOs and partners. TSAs are also accountable for the accuracy of sales data within source systems (e.g. deal pipeline, client plans, call reports, and other sales tracking systems and reports which may be developed).
Responsibilities
Review pipeline and create reports
Maintain and log information around execution of the client contact strategy
Participate in the contract management process
Contribute to credit facility activities
Serve as a primary participant in annual pricing events
Research client information and prepare materials to introduce new ideas, capabilities and solutions to clients and prospects
Proactively inform and advise clients of enhancements/improvements in capabilities
Requirements
Bachelors' degree or equivalent work experience with demonstrated results
Demonstrable business acumen with good organisation and communication skills
Focus on customers and clients whilst promoting a culture of compliance
Preferably previous experience in a similar GTS/Corporate Banking position or Implementation, Client Service and or Product background
Fluent in English
