Location: Dublin

Role Description:

The Treasury Operations Project Manager will be responsible for management and oversight of all Global Markets Operations change and transformation initiatives that are in support of the Treasury business.

The role will help deliver communication routines to ensure initiatives are successfully articulated, assessed, prioritised and delivered across the organisation. The role will also have a high level of stakeholder exposure across Operations, Technology & Treasury Front Office

Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple initiatives of varying size and scope
  • Manage the planning, structure and scoping in some cases, execution of agreed change in others
  • Manage the design / re-design of multiple elements of Treasury-related processes and workflows to drive efficiencies and improve the risk landscape
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze business data to understand trends, patterns, and issues. Develop reports and dashboards to measure process performance and help stakeholders make informed decisions.
  • Develop partnerships across Treasury, Treasury Change and Funding areas including Senior tech & Project leads
  • Pro-actively manage the transformation to target scope and identifying and implementing contingency plans as necessary
  • Produce management reporting on status and progress

What we are looking for:

  • An understanding of the Treasury business and Treasury Operations as well as global markets activities
  • Process design and operational excellence mindset
  • Experience driving transformation with the ability to navigate effectively to deliver on time
  • Knowledge of and ability to apply project governance (documentation/reporting, tollgates, identifying risks/watch items etc.) to change
  • Ability to understand and work through complex problems and transfer that ability and knowledge to the teams.
  • Ability to conduct presentations with emphasis on storytelling to convey and influence the case for change
  • Ability to face off with senior business heads at a strategic level while understanding the detail

Additional Skills:

  • Organization skills, including the ability to manage multiple responsibilities, prioritize, meet deadlines, and also pay attention to the detail
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to review and highlight project risks and issues and partner on mitigating solutions
