Job Summary:

BelFlex Staffing is hiring a Press Brake Operator for a manufacturing facility in Dublin, OH. This is a full-time, first-shift opportunity ideal for someone with 0–6 months of press brake experience and a background in manufacturing. Candidates must be detail-oriented and able to inspect their own parts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate press brake machine to bend and form metal parts to specifications

• Inspect parts for accuracy and quality—self-checking required

• Read and interpret blueprints and production drawings

• Use precision measuring tools such as calipers to verify part dimensions

• Maintain a clean and safe workstation

• Report any issues or defects to supervisor promptly

Requirements:

• 0–6 months of experience operating a press brake (training available)

• Manufacturing background required

• Ability to read and understand blueprints

• Familiarity with calipers and basic measuring tools

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

• Dependable and punctual
