Machine Operator – Die Cast Area

• Position: Machine Operator — supporting Die Cast, Resin, Deburring, and Trim Press machines

• 3rd Shift: 11:00 pm – 7:00 am, Monday through Friday

• Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up, operate, and monitor specialized machinery in the Die Cast, Resin, Deburring, and Trim Press areas

• Perform daily inspections and calibrations to maintain safe, efficient operations

• Load/unload materials (manually or using pallet jacks) and forward defect-free products to subsequent lines

• Conduct visual and mechanical quality checks using measurement tools

• Respond to machine alerts and assist across multiple production lines as needed

• Carry out machine changeovers, test runs, and basic maintenance tasks

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation

• Record shift data, production status, and defect logs; provide clear communication during handoffs

• Aid in minor troubleshooting and escalate complex issues to supervisors

• May assist in training new team members and process documentation

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED required; vocational training or relevant experience is preferred

• Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills are strongly favored

• Ability to lift up to 45 lbs and stand for extended periods

• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask across processes

• Team-oriented mindset with a proactive attitude
