Direct Hire opportunity for an experienced Machine Mechanic with a great and stable company in Shepherdsville, KY

- Perform repairs on all machinery, facility structures, and utility systems based on work orders.
- Conduct major preventive maintenance involving electrical and mechanical systems.
- Track and document maintenance tasks on production equipment to support and improve the program.
- Collaborate with the Maintenance Manager on planning repairs, preventive maintenance, and equipment improvements.
- Strong knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems.
- Experience in processes such as Thermoforming and Extrusion is preferred.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting electrical and mechanical schematics.
- Familiarity with AC/DC motors, PLC systems, and related control circuits.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify root causes of mechanical issues.
