Belflex Staffing is hiring a Business Intelligence Analyst for a well-established client in the manufacturing and technology sector. This is a full-time opportunity for a data-driven professional to support business operations through reporting, dashboards, and analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

Build reports and dashboards (Power BI, Salesforce, SSRS, Excel)

Write and optimize SQL queries and stored procedures

Automate recurring reports and conduct data audits

Collaborate with departments to deliver actionable insights

Qualifications:

4+ years in a BI or data analytics role

Proficiency in MS SQL, Power BI, Excel, Salesforce Reporting

Experience with SSRS, QuickBase, or Dynamics AX is a plus
