1st shift – 6:30 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. Monday-Friday
Overtime, which could include Saturdays
Pay
- $18-24/hour based off experience
Position Summary & Responsibilities
- Inspect and document quality of all parts manufactured
- Diagnose and correct basic machine problems
- Perform daily maintenance
- Keep machine and work area clean
- Maintain good production numbers with minimal scrap
- Other duties as assigned
Skills/Qualifications/Requirements
- High mechanical aptitude / mechanical background
- Ability to use various hand and power tools
- Able to do frequent bending, reaching and heavy lifting
- Attention to detail
- Willingness to learn and be cross-trained
- Proven record of strong attendance
- Team player
- High school diploma or GED
- Blueprint reading
- Machine operation experience
Pluses
- Quality measurement tool experience (mics, calipers, & gauges)
- CNC technical schooling
- Automotive mechanic background
- Previous experience in a manufacturing machine shop
- Mill and/or lathe experience
- Machine operation experience
