This position is designed for a leader who can modernize and scale the sales organization, transforming the approach from traditional leasing to an advisory-led model. The VP will lead a distributed sales team, craft strategic growth initiatives, and collaborate closely with senior leadership to position the company as a trusted market leader.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Strategic Leadership and Team Development
- Define and execute a clear sales vision aligned with company goals.
- Recruit, mentor, and manage a high-performing, distributed sales team, promoting accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Design and implement incentive programs to drive team performance aligned with strategic business objectives.
Sales Process and Operational Excellence
- Oversee the optimization of the sales process, including forecasting, pipeline management, and CRM adoption.
- Develop and implement scalable sales enablement systems to increase productivity and effectiveness.
- Regularly analyze sales metrics, providing actionable insights to improve processes and outcomes.
Market Expansion and Client Acquisition
- Lead targeted market expansion efforts informed by detailed market analysis.
- Shift organizational sales from traditional leasing to a consultative, advisory-driven model.
- Cultivate strategic relationships with senior-level decision-makers in enterprise accounts to secure high-value, multi-stakeholder engagements.
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Partner closely with Marketing, Client Experience, and Revenue Operations teams to ensure alignment across the client lifecycle.
- Collaborate with senior executives on strategic initiatives and broader organizational growth plans.
Cultural Leadership
- Foster and reinforce a sales culture emphasizing entrepreneurship, consultative excellence, and alignment with organizational values.
- Actively model and promote core company values internally and externally, driving commitment to client success, ownership, and continuous improvement.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years’ senior-level experience leading complex B2B sales teams.
- Proven track record in building, scaling, or transforming remote or hybrid sales organizations.
- Deep expertise in modern sales methodologies, CRM management, and operational discipline.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively lead organizational change and align stakeholders.
Preferred:
- Experience in fleet management, mobility services, logistics, or enterprise SaaS.
- Background working within organizations generating between $500M and $1B in annual revenue.
