This work from home/remote position after fully trained, onsite, for up to 90 days, and will be scheduled approximately 40 hours per week. Must have adequate internet speed of 800 mbps in order to work remotely.

Schedules patient care activity in the office and facilitates flow of information between physician, patient, and the referring physician, via the call center. This employee will schedule/reschedule/cancel appointments, route messages to appropriate staff, utilize/work In Basket Messages, and make outbound phone calls to schedule referring patients. This is a work from home position, once fully trained. In person training will be completed at the Central Business office in Norwood, Ohio.
