Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented CRM Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. In this role, you will support CRM and marketing automation efforts to enhance patient engagement at Greater Cincinnati’s #1 Hospital. You will collaborate closely with the Supervisor, CRM, marketing team and agency partners to create and execute CRM campaigns, analyze data, and help manage our CRM database. Responsibilities

CRM Campaign Execution & Support

  • Assist in developing, launching, and managing email, e-newsletter, and direct mail campaigns.
  • Understand the health consumer journey at a demographic, psychographic and service-line level using new or established research and personas, journey maps and multi-channel strategy plans to reach, engage, and convert consumers across each phase of their decision-making process
  • Become super-user of CRM platform
  • Work with design teams and/or agency partners to ensure high-quality creative executions
  • Work closely with digital and service line teams to ensure alignment of CRM campaigns with overall marketing strategies.
  • Review campaign messaging to ensure consistency with established brand voice and tone
  • Coordinate landing page creation and edits for CRM campaigns in partnership with internal teams and external vendors.
  • Communicate with agency partners and vendors to execute CRM-related projects.
  • Assist in producing webinars, including promotion, execution, and reporting.

Data Management & Reporting

  • Perform data analysis to track campaign performance and engagement.
  • Support the preparation of regular reports on campaign metrics and CRM database health.
  • Collaborate with the CRM Manager and analytics teams to optimize CRM strategies based on data insights.
  • Assist in the ongoing maintenance and improvement of the CRM database, ensuring data accuracy and relevance.

Ongoing training & development

  • Stay up-to-date with CRM trends including personalization, targeted marketing, and marketing automation
  • Assist clients in responding to changes in the competitive landscape and industry trend

Other duties as assigned:

Includes working on Network marketing/PR/communications projects as needed. Participation in media on-call rotation may be asked of this position – therefore basic understanding of PR and media relations practices is a plus.

EDUCATION: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business or related field

YEARS OF EXPERIENCE: 1-3 years in CRM or marketing automation

REQUIRED SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:

  • Familiarity with CRM platforms and marketing automation tools (experience in healthcare CRM systems a plus).
  • Strong analytical skills with an ability to interpret data and make actionable recommendations.
  • Basic understanding of email marketing, direct mail, and multi-channel campaign management.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Solid communication skills with an emphasis on teamwork and collaboration.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM systems.
