KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
Proven experience as administrative assistant or similar role, proficient in MS Office/Working knowledge of IT, budget management, knowledge of outlook and calendar management, ability to think strategically and analytically, , communication (oral and written), outstanding organizational abilities, aptitude in problem-solving

LICENSES REGISTRATIONS &/or CERTIFICATIONS:
Develop a streamlined onboarding strategy and see through its execution for over 50 new providers year over year. The onboarding process includes initial introduction, coordination of headshot, reviewing each individual marketing strategy, and executing on over 15 marketing tactics both internally and externally, which an allocated budget of $2500 for each physician, and a goal of getting each physician on guarantee nearly to full panel by 1 year mark
Provide ongoing support in various capacities, including all physician onboarding for every service line, literature design, mytch/web page development, departure/location change letters, literature development, page development, etc, for all service lines, PR and internal communication. while also managing almost all day to day executions for the primary care service line, with strategic direction from their manager.
Manage MYTCH on behalf of the marketing team, through individual ask executions, but also strategic category development such as the COVID page, cultural transformation, etc. Manages all of MYTCH, including all task approvals, homepage updates such as polls, announcements, leadership blogs, employee spotlights, news, etc. They are the gatekeeper for all MYTCH activity and provide content from MYTCH for the weekly MYTCH newsletter
.Event tactical management and execution and support service line sponsorship relationships, from start to finish (sponsor relations, event day execution and reporting of success) Each service line lead explains the goals prior to meeting any vendor we're partnering with for events such as Arthritis Foundation, AHA CycleNation, new Heart events, one new MSK event, and the AHA Women's Annual Health Conference. Attended all prep meetings for the each event, order promo items, prepare signage, lead all recruitment efforts, nanages all team communication, offer payroll deduction option for registrants, distributed t-shirts at AOCs with and performed set up the day prior to the event.
Budget logistics (invoices, credits cards, etc.) Successfully develop and management system of department invoices and monitoring to help the team stay on budget while also managing other sources of expenses like credits cards, PO's, supplies, etc.
