This position plays a key role in developing, coordinating, and executing marketing strategies for The Christ Hospital’s Heart & Vascular Institute (HVI) and internal communications initiatives. The Marketing Specialist will work directly with marketing leadership, clinical stakeholders, and enterprise communication partners to increase awareness, drive patient acquisition, and strengthen internal engagement across the health network. This dynamic professional thrives in both creative and operational settings, with the ability to balance high-impact external marketing with consistent and engaging internal messaging.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
Proven experience as administrative assistant or similar role, proficient in MS Office/Working knowledge of IT, budget management, knowledge of outlook and calendar management, ability to think strategically and analytically, , communication (oral and written), outstanding organizational abilities, aptitude in problem-solving

YEARS OF EXPERIENCE: 2-4

LICENSES REGISTRATIONS &/or CERTIFICATIONS:
| STRATEGY - Collaborate with HVI leadership and marketing leadership to develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that elevates The Christ Hospital’s reputation in cardiovascular care. Identify trends, competitive differentiators, and market opportunities. For internal communications, assist in planning content calendars and strategic message development that align with organizational goals and culture. |
| Develop and implement omni-channel marketing plans, including advertising, PR, digital and social campaigns, CRM, video, and web content. Partner with creative and digital teams to optimize content and track performance. Support event promotions, media opportunities, and community education efforts related to heart and vascular health. |
| EXECUTION (Direct to Physician Marketing Strategy/Execution) Partner with the CMO, Corporate Communications, and HR to manage ongoing internal communication initiatives—newsletters, intranet stories, CEO updates, and employee campaigns. Support message alignment across all internal touchpoints to promote awareness of system priorities, employee recognition, and cultural engagement. |
| AD HOC SUPPORT FOR BROADER MARKETING TEAM: Provide consultation and support to broader marketing and communications team as needed, including updates to collateral, intranet content, and community presentations. |
| Other duties as assigned. Serve on committees, participate in media on-call rotations, and assist in enterprise initiatives as needed. |
