Human Resources Information System Analyst

Are you passionate about transforming data into meaningful insights and optimizing HR technology to improve organizational performance? The Christ Hospital Health Network is seeking a Human Resources Analyst, Workforce & HR Systems to join our team at our Central Business Office in Norwood, OH.
In this role, you’ll support workforce analytics, HR technology optimization, and process improvement initiatives that directly impact organizational decision-making and the team member experience.
What You’ll Do
Workforce Analytics & Reporting:
- Build and enhance recurring workforce reports, dashboards, and metrics
- Analyze data to uncover trends, risks, and opportunities
- Lead analytics cycles (engagement, onboarding, exit surveys)
- Conduct data audits and partner to resolve data integrity issues
- Create visually compelling data visualizations to tell the story behind the numbers
HR Systems Administration & Optimization
- Serve as a functional administrator for HR systems (Oracle)
- Configure, test, and implement system updates and enhancements
- Troubleshoot issues in partnership with technical teams
- Maintain documentation, SOPs, and user guides
Process Improvement & Operational Excellence
- Evaluate and optimize HR workflows and analytics processes
- Partner with cross-functional teams to implement automation and digital tools
- Support change management for new systems and reporting processes
Stakeholder Partnership & Support
- Collaborate with leaders to understand data needs and deliver meaningful insights
- Provide training and support for HR system functionality and analytics tools
- Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for all audiences
The successful candidate will have the following:
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or related field (required)
- Oracle HCM Cloud Training Preferred
- HRIP (Human Resources Information Professional) Preferred
Experience
- Minimum 3 years of HRIS and HR analytics experience
- Oracle HRIS experience strongly preferred
Skills & Knowledge
- Advanced Excel skills (required)
- Proficiency with Oracle and data tools such as SQL, Power BI, Tableau
- Strong understanding of HR processes and metrics
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and critical‑thinking abilities
- High attention to detail and data quality
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
