Are you a proven clinical recruiter who thrives in a fast‑paced healthcare environment? We’re looking for an experienced Senior Recruiter to support high‑priority hiring needs across our clinical operations over the next 4 months. In this role, you’ll source top-tier clinical talent and help drive recruitment efforts for hard‑to‑fill roles.

What You’ll Do

• Recruiting for roles such as RNs, imaging professionals, respiratory therapists, and other roles as needed.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract both active and passive candidates.
• Deliver a best‑in‑class candidate experience.
• Build candidate pipelines

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum of 5+ years of recruiting experience focused in healthcare/clinical roles.
• Expertise sourcing licensed clinical talent and navigating credentialing or licensure requirements.
• Strong communication, consultative skills, and the ability to manage multiple searches at once.
• Proficiency with ATS systems (Oracle preferred).
• A proactive, solutions‑driven approach and comfort working independently in a contract environment.
