Job Description
Evaluate, plan and implement Occupational Therapy treatment programs for referred patients. Follow hospital and department approved policies related to documentation, attendance, education, etc. Show respect and courtesy to all staff, patients and visitors.

EDUCATION: Bachelors or equivalent degree in Occupational Therapy from AOTA approved curriculum is required.
YEARS OF EXPERIENCE: Prefer 1 year, will consider new graduate.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE: Customer service skills and interpersonal skills.
LICENSES & CERTIFICATIONS:
Certification by the AOTA and Licensure of the State of Ohio,
CPR certification.

- Population specific-considers special needs of various populations of patients and caregivers in assessment, treatment, and program planning. Modifies as needed. Participates in departmental educational opportunities to increase population specific skills.
