We’re seeking a skilled, dedicated, and patient‑focused Medical Technologist to join our collaborative laboratory team and support our mission of delivering exceptional, compassionate care.

As a Medical Technologist, you will play a key role in providing accurate, timely laboratory results that directly support high-quality patient care. You’ll work with advanced diagnostic instruments, collaborate with talented clinical professionals, and contribute to a team with a strong reputation for reliability and innovation.

Perform a full range of moderate and high‑complexity laboratory testing. Analyze, interpret, and validate results to support clinical decision-making. Operate and maintain sophisticated lab instruments and equipment. Follow CAP, CLIA, and hospital quality and safety standards. Collaborate with technologists, pathologists, nurses, and providers. Contribute to process improvements and a culture of excellence.

Experience, Education and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a chemical, biological, clinical or medical laboratory science or medical technology from an accredited institution; or Associate's degree in a laboratory science (chemical or biological science) or medical laboratory technology from an accredited institution; or Equivalent laboratory training and experience meeting the requirements defined in CLIA regulation 42CFR493.1489(b)(3)(ii) (see NOTE 2); or
  • Successful completion of at least a 50 week official US military medical laboratory procedures training course and currently hold or have held the military enlisted occupational specialty of Medical Laboratory Specialist (Laboratory Technician).ASCP or equivalent certification (or eligibility) preferred
  • Certified Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS) or Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT)or certification through other national certifying agency preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and commitment to accuracy
