As the operational and strategic engine behind our next comprehensive campaign, you will:
Coordinate campaign strategy, planning, priorities, and messaging. Serve as the central connector between development, clinical leaders, volunteers, and executive leadership. Track performance, build reports, and keep momentum strong across the organization. Support major gift strategy and donor engagement at the highest levels. Help create unforgettable donor experiences—events, communications, impact reporting, and more. Ensure campaign data, pipelines, and progress tracking are accurate and actionable. Drive collaboration across Foundation teams, physicians, administrators, volunteer committees, and key donors. Strategic thinking and exceptional project management. Experience supporting or leading fundraising campaigns. The ability to connect dots across teams, leaders, and priorities. A passion for advancing healthcare through meaningful philanthropy.

EDUCATION:
Bachelor’s Degree Required, Masters preferred
YEARS OF EXPERIENCE:
7+ years of fundraising experience.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:
Accuracy, accountability, professionalism and courtesy are required skills due to interactions with administrators, physicians, board members, donors and community leaders. Writing skills are important. Expert competency with Microsoft Office suite, especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Strong organizational skills, ability to multi-task and ability to remain calm under pressure is vital. Non-profit, academic and/or healthcare campaign experience strongly preferred. Specific project management experience that demonstrate:
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Ability to coordinate complex initiatives across multiple stakeholders.
- Experience supporting fundraising campaigns or large-scale philanthropic initiatives preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
