Expected Starting Salary Range: $17.59 – 21/hr
Fulltime 40 hours per week
Hours: Monday - Friday 12pm-8:30pm, weekend and holiday rotations are required
Location: Main hospital campus

Working as a Phlebotomist at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center you will:
● Perform approved specimen collection procedures, point-of-care testing services and processing
● Provide education/information and support to patients and families concerning tests and specimen acquisition
● Assist in special projects, evaluations, experiments or research
● Have the opportunity to gain advanced phlebotomy skills such as ultrasound guided venipuncture and scalp vein access
Qualifications
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
Job Requirements:
● High school diploma or equivalent
● 2 years of Phlebotomy or other relevant Clinical Lab specimen collection experience OR completion of a Phlebotomy or Medical Assistant program
Preferred Qualifications:
● Phlebotomy or Medical Assistant certification
