The ideal candidates possess the following required qualifications:
- MD/DO or MD/PhD or PhD
- Achievements in research experience/productivity, clinical care, leadership and/or education

The Division’s Mission is to improve the health of children with allergic and immune conditions through innovative research, outstanding clinical care and education of the current and next generation of leaders in healthcare and research.
Cincinnati Children’s is one of the nation’s best and largest pediatric institutions in the United States. It is an internationally recognized leader for the diagnosis and treatment of eosinophil esophagitis, food allergies, drug allergy, asthma, allergy and primary immune-deficiency diseases. Focus areas of interest are: Anaphylaxis, Chronic Allergic Diseases (lung, respiratory, skin and gastrointestinal tract), Drug Allergy, Eosinophilic Diseases (hypereosinophilia and eosinophilic gastrointestinal disorders), Autoimmunity, Epigenetics, Lymphocyte Biology and Mucosal Immunology, Genetics and Genomics. Qualifications
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
Required:
- MD/DO or MD/PhD or PhD
- Achievements in research experience/productivity, clinical care, leadership and/or education
- High performing, innovative clinical care
Preferred:
Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
Capable of relating to diverse age and demographic backgrounds.
Analytical ability required to evaluate data, and make judgments with regard to medical/surgical, and clinical research material.
Possess organization and prioritization abilities.
Knowledge of research methodology, practice specialty, growth and development, family centered care, pathophysiology and/or pharmacology.
Organizational ability to work effectively within a highly matrixed and complex medical center. Possesses expert knowledge and experience of medical specialty.
