Job Summary
Job Responsibilities
- Collaborate across departments to implement and evaluate project plans.
- Identify and implement process improvements and reporting enhancements.
- Monitor project metrics and outcomes.
- Coach and mentor team members and support project facilitation.
- Engage stakeholders and manage project scope and communication.
- Identify and secure necessary resources.
- Lead project teams and assume accountability for outcomes.
- Conduct complex qualitative and quantitative analysis.
- Summarize and communicate findings.
- Manage regulatory and reporting requirements.
- Maintain communication with key stakeholders.
- Facilitate discussions and ensure team alignment.
- Collaborate with leadership to define and prioritize goals.
- Recommend infrastructure and strategies to support project execution.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Experience: Minimum 6 years of related experience
- Certification: PMP certification required
- Preferred: Experience with international healthcare projects
