JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Outcomes & Impact- Work with the Evaluation team to monitor and assess the success of courses and programs; Work with facilitators to identify and recommend changes to improve results, ensure impact, and achieve metrics; incorporate learner and client feedback into the course maintenance process.

  • Innovation & Evidence-Based Practice- Extend professional knowledge base through primary and secondary research into learning products and services, including analysis of trends in organizational learning and learning technology; Actively research, recommend, and incorporate innovative training tools and technologies to deliver cutting edge learning solutions. Integrate research, evidence-based practice, and quality improvement findings into practice.

  • Education Strategy Support- Collect and compile relevant data in support of the education strategy and educational programs. Create a learning environment by sharing your expertise, serving as a resource to others, and encouraging them to ask you questions.

  • Project Management- Manage time and effort to ensure on-time delivery of products and services; Record effort against project plans.

  • Instructional Design- Participate in all phases of the instructional design process, including the creation of design documents, content outlines, storyboards/scripts, and instructional materials. Design, develop, and maintain creative, innovative, engaging, and impact-focused educational programs and support materials that lead to enhanced individual, team, and organizational capability; Employ multiple media and instructional strategies in design and development in order to address the variety of learning styles, preferences, and workplace environments; Include components (strategies, tools, materials, and processes) to ensure learning is reinforced, sustained, and available at the time and place of need; Assist with the development of deployment plans and strategies. Conduct pilots and proof of concepts for newly developed/revised training programs with stakeholders and subject matter experts (SMEs); Verify accuracy of content and ensure that it meets the needs of the learners.
