The Advisory Network at Cincinnati Children’s, anchored by the Learning Community Platform (LCP), is a strategic initiative designed to expand access to the organization’s pediatric expertise on a global scale. Through a dual-delivery model—combining a digital platform for broad educational outreach and customized project-based engagements—the Advisory Network enables hospitals and healthcare providers to benefit from Cincinnati Children’s clinical knowledge, best practices, and skill development resources. The LCP offers personalized learning experiences, continuing education credits, and expert consultations, targeting both medical professionals and administrators. With strong market demand, a scalable business case, and robust risk mitigation strategies, the Advisory Network is positioned as a high-margin, non-core growth engine that leverages Cincinnati Children’s trusted brand and world-class talent to drive quality improvement, operational efficiency, and long-term partnerships across the healthcare sector.

Partnerships and Collaboration

  • Partner with engineering, design, marketing, and business teams to ensure the product aligns with the Global Advisory mission and rapidly evolving market needs.
  • Serve as both a strategic leader and hands-on contributor, guiding the partners while actively participating in day-to-day execution to drive results.

Product Management

  • Owns the full product lifecycle, from ideation and validation through development, launch, and ongoing iteration
