Creative Strategist II

As a Creative Strategist II, you’ll play a key role in shaping how Cincinnati Children’s tells its story across the organization and beyond. Working alongside senior creative leaders, you’ll partner with internal clients across multiple departments to bring complex ideas to life through thoughtful strategy, strong collaboration, and high-impact creative execution. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Customer Service
In collaboration with senior creative staff, consult with multidepartment internal clients on goals and objectives of complex projects.
Support review process with internal clients, including feedback/client input; provide guidance and advice when appropriate and successfully integrate client input without compromising effectiveness/appropriateness of the final product or institutional brand.
Manage personal timelines and be accountable for delivery of assigned projects.
With the support of senior creative staff, provide creative direction to interns and freelancers on a limited basis.
Create working relationships with vendors/freelancers.
Must work seamlessly in our project management systems and asset library.
Production
Must be well-versed on all aspects of the master brand and know and understand brand guidelines for all mediums and audiences (ie digital, print, promotional, environmental, editorial).
Create/manage creation of products appropriate to the position (ie video, copywriting, design).
Collaborate with senior Creative Services staff on enterprise-wide conceptual design projects, campaigns, or other large initiatives as assigned.
Actively participate in brand review and provide feedback/guidance to freelancers, vendors and interns/junior staff.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in a related field
2+ years of work experience in a related job discipline
