JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Support financial operations within the Anesthesia department through data analysis and reporting activities
Assist with data modeling to support budgeting, forecasting, and financial decision‑making
Prepare and maintain monthly financial reports for department leadership
Create, update, and automate reports and dashboards using Power BI and Power Automate
Attend department meetings and presentations to gain exposure to operational and financial discussions
Provide support with payroll‑related activities as needed
Collaborate with finance and departmental partners to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and timely delivery of financial information
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Must be currently enrolled in a degree granting college program in Finance or similar
Preferred: Sophomore status or higher
Preferred: Familiar with systems with such as Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, etc.
