JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support financial operations within the Anesthesia department through data analysis and reporting activities

  • Assist with data modeling to support budgeting, forecasting, and financial decision‑making

  • Prepare and maintain monthly financial reports for department leadership

  • Create, update, and automate reports and dashboards using Power BI and Power Automate

  • Attend department meetings and presentations to gain exposure to operational and financial discussions

  • Provide support with payroll‑related activities as needed

  • Collaborate with finance and departmental partners to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and timely delivery of financial information

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

  • Must be currently enrolled in a degree granting college program in Finance or similar

  • Preferred: Sophomore status or higher

  • Preferred: Familiar with systems with such as Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, etc.
