Expected Starting Salary Range: 37.80 - 47.89
SUBFUNCTION DEFINITION: The talent acquisition marketing consultant is responsible for leading recruitment and talent acquisition marketing initiatives. This individual collaborates with Talent Acquisition, Marketing and Communications, and operational leaders in the development and execution of the Cincinnati Children’s talent acquisition marketing strategy. This individual will also partner with key stakeholders on opportunities related to elevating our employer brand, managing/executing campaigns designed to procure new talent for the organization and optimizing the talent acquisition lifecycle. This is a full-time position within the Marketing & Communications department.

REPRESENTATIVE RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Integrated Marketing Planning and Execution: Oversees annual strategic marketing plan creation and execution with the goal of recruiting high-quality applicants; Identifies when to modify plans based on needs and anticipates future needs; Leads cross-functional teams to execute marketing activities, including but not limited to direct marketing, digital content development, digital marketing, and advertising campaigns; Develops and implements message strategy for assigned programs; Employs project management techniques to complete marketing projects on schedule and on budget; Determines tracking and results measures; Analyzes results data and identifies opportunities; Regularly reports project and plan status and results to clients, team and leadership; manages and tracks campaign budgets.

2. Strategic Consultation: Provides strategic consultation by anticipating new work for major programs and initiatives and recommending solutions; solves problems proactively; provides marketing and communications counsel to departments and programs throughout the medical center; Identifies needs for marketing research and manages that research as needed; Stays abreast of competition, industry trends and best practices and provides consultation to team and clients to make improvements; Viewed as subject matter expert.

3. Relationship Management: Client relationship manager for Talent Acquisition; Manages expectations, identifies potential issues and plans resolution; Identifies when appropriate to escalate issues up the chain of command; Communicates progress of plans and success measures to marketing leadership, clients and others; Develops and maintains relationships with internal clients, M&C team, strategy and growth colleagues, and other critical partners across the medical center; Manages vendor relationships for projects or initiatives, including agency partners, vendors and freelancers.

Qualifications

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

Required:

· Bachelor's degree in a related field

· 5 - 7 years of work experience in healthcare marketing and recruitment marketing.


Preferred:

· Experience with recruitment-specific software such as Workday or Phenom

· Experience leveraging digital marketing channels for recruitment efforts and multi-channel paid media campaigns


Unique Skills:

1. Employer Branding Strategies: In-depth knowledge of employer branding strategies and recruitment marketing

2. Recruitment Processes: Understanding of recruitment processes and candidate selection methods

3. Recruitment Marketing Channels: Understanding of recruitment marketing channels (job boards, social media, career fairs)

4. Leveraging Marketing Metrics: Understanding of metrics used to determine the success of marketing and branding efforts as it relates to recruitment
