Description
The Division of Behavioral Medicine and Clinical Psychology at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center is seeking a psychologist to join the Integrated Behavioral Health (IBH) team in pediatric primary care to support expansion of our clinical services. The Fairfield Primary Care Clinic is a multidisciplinary clinic including psychologists, care managers, social workers, pediatric and psychologist trainees, and legal aid.
Responsibilities for this position include providing prevention, early intervention, consultation, and short-term therapy with a focus on health promotion and equity. These services are provided across the pediatric lifespan to a patient population that experiences high levels of poverty, trauma, and health-related social needs. The position also requires a focus on training and education of pediatric residents, program development, and quality improvement. There are also academic and publication opportunities available for interested applicants.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have completed a doctorate in clinical, counseling, or school psychology (APA accredited), be licensed or license-eligible in Ohio, and have completed postdoctoral training focused on integrated primary care, trauma, or infant mental health.
