Build your future with us

Our Excess & Surplus department seeks a production support team member to assist our underwriting team in resolving errors and verifying that policy financials are calculated correctly.

Starting Pay: The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $18.00 per hour. Pay is based on the applicant’s education, experience, location, knowledge, skills and abilities. Eligible associates may also receive an annual cash bonus and stock incentives based on company and individual performance.

Be ready to:

  • partner with our IT teams to resolve any defects in our policy administration system
  • work with our underwriting team to resolve any issues in our systems
  • review financials for issued policies to verify calculations of taxes and fees are correct
  • provide timely customer service to our internal teams
  • perform other clerical tasks as needed to support the team
  • oversee and track all defects through the resolution process

Be equipped with:

  • problem-solving skills and creative thinking
  • the ability to partner with multiple teams and come up with solutions
  • strong attention to detail
  • the ability to organize and prioritize work
  • excellent interpersonal communication skills
  • the ability to handle large volumes of work while maintaining accuracy
  • the ability to sort and organize data into Microsoft® Excel spreadsheets

Bring education or experience from:

  • a high school diploma or equivalent (required)
