Our Claims Department is currently seeking an associate with superior customer service experience to provide claim concierge services to Key Account policyholders. The associate will act as a service coordinator between Key Accounts Claims, Underwriting, Loss Control, as well as policyholders and agents. This position is based at our Headquarters in Fairfield, OH. Hybrid work options are available in select departments at our Headquarters located in Fairfield, Ohio. Eligibility may vary based on your role, responsibilities, and departmental policies.
Starting Salary: $70,000 - $85,000 annually. The pay determination is based on the applicant's education, experience, location, knowledge, skills and abilities. Eligible associates may also receive an annual cash bonus and stock incentives based on company and individual performance.
Be ready to:
- oversee and manage all aspects of the vendor program for third-party deductible collections
- work with agents/ policyholders and act as a liaison between the agent/ policyholder and Claims, Underwriting and Loss Control for low-touch Key Accounts policyholders
- develop claim handling guidelines specific to each policyholder’s needs
- provide claim loss reports to policyholders when needed
- collaborate with risk management administrator in educating policyholders and agents in the use of Cincinnati Risk Manager.
Be equipped with:
- significant experience overseeing and managing accounts receivable transactions and record keeping
- basic understanding of Casualty, Property Claims and Workers' Compensation principles
- knowledge of legal and claims concepts
- ability to compile data into reports
- ability to interact with executive level stakeholders within and outside the company
- consistently perform all responsibilities with a high level of proficiency
- excellent written and verbal communication skills
- ability to efficiently organize and manage multiple responsibilities and tasks
- motivated to independently identify, organize and complete tasks
- ability to proactively envision and plan to anticipate problems and continually refine processes
- ability to effectively collaborate and train and teach others
Bring education and experience from:
· Bachelors' Degree or have significant related work experience and insurance specific certifications
