Headquarters Claims Operations is currently seeking Claims Ops Regulatory Analyst to provide financial, administrative, and clerical services to ensure effective, efficient, and accurate financial and administrative operations in the Claims Financial unit.

The pay range for this position is $19.50 - $22.00 hourly. The pay determination is based on the applicant’s education, experience, location, knowledge, skills, and abilities. Eligible associates may also receive an annual cash bonus and individual performance.

Be Ready to:

• process file copy request
• issue expense payments
• provide check copy requests
• process daily check payment runs
• log and scan Claims Recovery checks
• prepare checks for mailing
• distribute Claims Department digital mail
• maintain documentations on business processes
• provide customer support by answering Claims Financials inquires
• processing tax information so items are reported correctly

Be equipped with:

• good communication skills
• ability to resolve issues through research and communication with supervision and other associates
• work efficiently to meet service level agreements
• multitask and prioritize work
• type accurately and efficiently
• perform routine daily tasks
