The Cincinnati Life Insurance Company seeks an advanced market specialist. This role provides high‑level sales support, technical expertise and advanced planning consultation to Cincinnati Life’s distribution channels. This role collaborates with producers, field representatives and internal teams to deliver sophisticated case design, tax and legal strategy guidance, and sales enablement in the business‑owner and high‑net‑worth markets. The position has considerable room for professional growth and advancement. This is a field position reporting to our headquarters in Fairfield, OH. Travel is required to support field engagements, meetings and training.

The pay range for this position is $95,000-$150,000 annually. Pay is based on the applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities. Eligible associates may also receive an annual cash bonus and stock incentives based on company and individual performance.

Be ready to:

  • provide technical consultation on advanced market strategies, including estate planning, asset preservation, wealth transfer, business succession, retirement planning and executive benefits
  • identify planning opportunities through analysis of legal, financial and tax documents
  • structure tailored life insurance and annuity solutions for complex client situations
  • support producers and field representatives through consultations, training and joint meetings
  • create advanced planning concepts and materials in collaboration with marketing and product teams
  • deliver advanced markets training through webinars, seminars and workshops
  • maintain current knowledge of tax law, regulatory changes and emerging planning strategies
  • ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements
  • utilize planning tools and software to produce case designs and analyses
  • provide regular reporting to management on case activity and field support

Be equipped with:

  • experience in advanced markets, advanced insurance sales and wealth management
  • strong knowledge of life insurance, annuities and advanced planning strategies
  • expertise in estate planning, business succession and tax planning
  • excellent critical thinking, analytical and research skills
  • the ability to interpret complex legal and financial documents
  • proficiency with planning software and CRM systems
  • strong collaboration and communication skills
  • high initiative, adaptability and accountability
  • a customer‑focused mindset and professionalism
  • a valid driver’s license. Final candidates will also be subject to a Motor Vehicle Record background check, because the position may include a company vehicle

Bring education and experience from:

  • a Juris Doctorate degree from an ABA accredited law school (required)
  • professional designations such as the CLU, ChFC, CFP or CPA (preferred)
  • five to seven years of experience working at an insurance or wealth management company (preferred)
  • legal experience in business planning, tax and/or complex estate planning (preferred)
