Build your future with us

Our Human Resources department is currently seeking a forward-thinking strategic Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our recruiting strategy, develop and mentor a team of recruiters, and consistently bring new and innovative recruiting ideas to support long-term organizational growth. This position is based at our Headquarters in Fairfield, Ohio.

The pay range for this position is $120,000 - $140,000 annually. The pay determination is based on the applicant’s education, experience, location, knowledge, skills, and abilities. Eligible associates may also receive an annual cash bonus and stock incentives based on company and individual performance.

Be ready to:

  • develop, deliver, and execute a multi-year talent acquisition strategy aligned to organizational objectives
  • analyze market trends, competitive intelligence, and labor data to guide proactive sourcing and hiring strategies
  • lead, mentor, and develop a team of recruiters to deliver high quality hiring outcomes
  • utilize data and analytics to manage and measure performance, efficiency, and productivity of recruitment efforts
  • lead efforts to analyze and optimize the recruiting team organizational structure to meet the needs of our business partners, today and in the future
  • recommend new technologies to determine options to support talent acquisition business needs as well as promote and support system adoption, including use of new functionality
  • develop advanced sourcing strategies that target both active and passive candidates with the desired outcome of identifying and presenting a strong, qualified, and diverse talent pool of candidates to hiring managers
  • provide management oversight of the company’s university relations function
  • ensure the talent acquisition team is viewed as a trusted and collaborative partner with other departments, including ensuring strong
  • partnerships with the HR Business Partners, Compensation and Benefits team, HRIS team, and other enterprise teams

Be equipped with:

  • ability to build capability across the team through coaching, training, and performance management to elevate recruiting excellence
  • strong analytical skills with the ability to create, measure, and scale the right workflows between candidates, hiring managers, and recruiters
  • ability to serve as the subject matter expert of Talent Acquisition and provide recommendations and insights to business and HR leaders
  • a customer focused mindset. Think and act in ways that put our customers first, and make them promoters of our people, processes, and services
  • strong understanding of modern sourcing tools, employer branding strategies, and ATS technologies

Bring education and experience from:

  • bachelor's degree
  • 10+ years of full life cycle recruiting experience, with at least 5+ years in a leadership role leading a team of recruiters
  • professional HR designations (SHRM-CP, PHR, etc.) preferred
