Build your future with us

Our Human Resources department is currently seeking a compensation and benefits analyst to assist in the planning, designing, evaluating, and administering of employee compensation and benefit programs. This position is based at our Headquarters in Fairfield, Ohio.

The pay range for this position is $65,000 - $100,000 annually. The pay determination is based on the applicant’s education, experience, location, knowledge, skills, and abilities. Eligible associates may also receive an annual cash bonus and stock incentives based on company and individual performance.

Be ready to:

  • perform compensation research and support reviews for current and new positions, including FLSA determinations
  • participate in annual salary surveys and benchmark current roles against market data
  • administer merit, bonus, promotion, and other ad-hoc compensation items
  • participate in annual benefit reporting initiatives and day-to-day benefit administration items
  • analyze and implement improvements to our administrative processes, including contributing to a major technology upgrade

Be equipped with:

  • ability to work with others and maintain a strong customer focus
  • excellent business analysis skills with a proven background in process improvement
  • ability to multitask
  • strong verbal and written communication skills
  • above average knowledge in Microsoft Excel
  • strong attention to detail
  • ability to work with confidential information
  • ability to lead others

Bring education and experience from:

  • bachelor’s degree or 5 years of experience in compensation and benefits required
  • 1 - 3 years of business experience preferred
