Build your future with us

Our Sales and Marketing department is currently seeking a candidate for an agency contract specialist to join our team. In this role, you will support all aspects of our agency contracts—reviewing, analyzing, and processing new agreements and contract changes. You’ll be part of a collaborative team where your attention to detail and ability to navigate complex information will play a key role in our success. This position is based at our Headquarters in Fairfield, Ohio.

The pay range for this position is $21.65 - $23.00 hourly. The pay determination is based on the applicant’s education, experience, location, knowledge, skills, and abilities. Eligible associates may also receive an annual cash bonus and individual performance.

Be ready to:

  • learn and demonstrate understanding of agency contract processes and requirements
  • learn and demonstrate understanding of agency hierarchies
  • become familiar with relevant internal and external systems and applications
  • develop a general understanding of agency agreements
  • communicate effectively with agents, agency staff, and field representatives
  • process new agency contracts and schedule new agency appointment visits
  • analyze contracts, including closings, to ensure compliance with regulatory and state requirements
  • manage agency data using ACMS and Workbench

Be equipped with:

  • excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize
  • strong verbal and written communication skills
  • ability to develop positive working relationships with team members and agents while pursuing mutually beneficial solutions
  • professionalism and discretion when handling sensitive information
  • proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • strong attention to detail
  • a desire to learn and expand your knowledge
