CSU Producer Resources Inc. has an opening for an excess and surplus lines team assistant to help provide clerical support to our compliance team and underwriting assistants. The intent of the role is to take on reporting tasks to provide support for the respective compliance reporting processes.


The pay rate for this position is $18.00 an hour. Eligible associates may also receive an annual cash bonus based on company and individual performance.

Be ready to:

  • file premium tax information to state websites
  • process and upload compliance tax reports
  • document and label compliance reports into our Sharepoint system
  • send follow-up communications to underwriting assistants to obtain required forms and information
  • a variety of clerical tasks as needed in support of the compliance analyst and underwriting assistant workflow

Be equipped with:

  • strong attention to detail and the ability to perform routine tasks accurately and consistently
  • effective organizational and time‑management skills
  • ability to receive feedback and direction constructively and apply it effectively
  • desire to learn quickly and follow established procedures
  • ability to work effectively in a professional office environment

Bring education or experience from:

  • a high school diploma
  • proficient use of Microsoft® Word, Excel and Outlook
