Our Corporate Billing department is seeking a Senior Corporate Billing Manager. This role is responsible for providing strategic leadership and oversight of corporate billing operations, technology initiatives, process improvement efforts, and team development. The Senior Corporate Billing Manager partners closely with executive leadership, business stakeholders, Information Technology, agencies, and external vendors to optimize billing operations, enhance system capabilities, improve the customer experience, and support the company's long-term business objectives. This position is based at our Headquarters in Fairfield, Ohio.

The pay range for this position is $110,000 - $135,000 annually. Pay is based on the applicant's education, experience, location, knowledge, skills, and abilities. Eligible associates may also receive an annual cash bonus and stock incentives based on company and individual performance.

Be ready to:

  • provide strategic direction and leadership for the Corporate Billing department, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and priorities
  • lead, develop, and mentor leaders and associates through coaching, talent development, performance management, and succession planning
  • oversee billing operations and ensure the effective execution of departmental objectives, service standards, and operational controls
  • drive enterprise-wide billing system enhancements, operational efficiencies, and process improvement initiatives
  • partner with Information Technology and business stakeholders to establish priorities, develop strategic roadmaps, and implement innovative solutions
  • serve as a key business partner and primary liaison between Corporate Billing, business units, field leadership, agencies, and external vendors
  • manage and strengthen strategic vendor relationships to ensure service excellence, accountability, and successful business outcomes
  • analyze operational and customer metrics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement
  • lead large-scale cross-functional projects and organizational change initiatives that enhance operational effectiveness and the customer experience
  • develop and monitor departmental goals, budgets, staffing plans, and performance measures to ensure business objectives are achieved

Be equipped with:

Bring education or experience from:

  • a bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Insurance, or a related field; or an equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience
  • significant experience leading billing operations, financial operations, or related business functions
  • comprehensive knowledge of billing systems, operational controls, and process improvement methodologies
  • experience within the insurance industry, including an understanding of sales, underwriting, accounting, and agency operations
  • demonstrated success leading managers, large teams, and organizational change initiatives
  • experience collaborating with technology teams and business leaders to deliver strategic system and process enhancements
