General Statement of Duties

Light Janitorial, sweeping, cleaning, mopping, bathrooms, kitchens, recreation rooms, windows, floors, wiping tables, chairs, window sills, doorways, baseboards.
Collects garbage and empties trash receptacles.Maintains grounds and walk ways, and parking lots.Open facility for approved groups. Locks facility after use, safe guard property and equipment. Sets up and takes down chairs tables, and other equipment for group activities.Cleans snow from walks, steps and driveways.Other related duties.Must be willing to learn to operate equipment used to perform the duties of the classification.Must be willing to work shifts or irregular hours and weekends. MILITARY EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE EVALUATION
Military education and experience may be substituted for college level course work at the lower and upper division baccalaureate and graduate levels and apprenticeship training at the vocational certificate level on a case by case basis based on the American Council on Education (ACE) Military Guide recommendations.
