The Role

As our HR Generalist, you’ll be the go-to expert for HR administration and compliance while partnering closely with leadership and restaurant managers - perfect for someone who enjoys both structure and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead employee onboarding and new hire orientation
• Maintain personnel files, track insurance eligibility and PTO for eligible employees
• Work with 3^rd party administrators for Workers’ Comp and Unemployment claims
• Advise employees and managers regarding company policies and procedures
• Conduct annual internal leadership surveys and prepare results
• Assist with weekly payroll processing using ADP Workforce

What We’re Looking For

• Associate’s/Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 3+ years’ in Human Resources positions or related experience
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations
• Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational, communication, planning, and time management skills
• Commitment to highest of ethical standards and confidentiality
