Career Opportunity: Accounting Manager - Outsourced Accounting Team with Clark Schaefer Hackett in Cincinnati or Dayton, OH

Location: Hybrid (Cincinnati or Dayton, OH)

As the Manager of one of our Outsourced Accounting teams, you’ll be at the center of client success—combining your technical accounting expertise with strong leadership and relationship-building skills. Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple client engagements and financial reporting.
• Serve as primary client contact and trusted advisor.
• Mentor and develop accounting team members.
• Review complex financial statements for GAAP compliance.
• Drive process improvements and efficiency.
• Identify opportunities for additional client services.

Qualifications

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance.
• 6+ years progressive accounting experience (CPA preferred).
• Supervisory experience required.
• Public or outsourced accounting experience a plus.
• Skills: Leadership, client relationship management, advanced Excel, accounting software proficiency.
