Job Title: Care Management Specialist – LSW, RN, or Human (Social) Services Degree
Location: Community-based in Greater Cincinnati, OH (first 4 weeks in-office training)
Job Type: Full-Time (37.5 hours/week)
Pay Range: $45,000 – $65,000 (commensurate with experience)
