Emerging Professionals Program – Human Services & Operations

Start Date: Summer 2026

Status: Full-time (37.5 hours/week)

Pay: $40,000+ (commensurate with degree & experience)

Work Location: Hybrid - Blue Ash, OH

Overview:

Launch your career with purpose. Our Emerging Professionals Program is a unique opportunity for recent graduates or early-career professionals to gain hands-on experience in the field of aging and disability services. Participants will engage in meaningful projects, receive mentorship, and explore career pathways within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in training sessions, team meetings, and community site visits to gain a comprehensive understanding of our mission and services.
  • Analyze systems and processes, offering fresh ideas for improvement.
  • Compile reports and present findings to staff and leadership.
  • Build professional relationships across departments and represent the organization positively.
  • Provide feedback to help shape the future of the program.

Qualifications:

  • Recent graduate or within 2 years of graduating from a bachelors or masters program in social work, public health, human services, or a related field for the Care Coordination and Assessment track.
  • Recent graduate or within 2 years of graduating from a bachelors or masters program in business, non-profit management, marketing, or other operations related field for the Operations track.
  • Strong communication, critical thinking, and interpersonal skills.
  • Eagerness to learn, collaborate, and contribute to a mission-driven team.
  • Ability to travel locally for site visits and community engagement.
