Location: Blue Ash, OH (hybrid schedule - in office as needed)
Job Type: Full-Time (37.5 hours/week)
Pay Range: $56,300 - $71,315.00 (commensurate with experience)

About the Role
As a Continuous Improvement Specialist, you'll be a key driver of organizational performance, using proven methodologies to foster a culture of continuous improvement. You’ll lead projects, coach frontline teams, and translate data into actionable insights that deliver measurable results - while gaining visibility with executive leadership and advancing your expertise.
What You’ll Do
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with program, compliance, operations, BI, and IT teams to align priorities and implement feasible, compliant solutions.
- Process Analysis & Implementation: Map workflows, identify inefficiencies, and design interventions using Lean, Six Sigma, and other CI methods.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Collect and analyze quantitative and qualitative data to uncover improvement opportunities and measure impact.
- Performance Measurement: Define KPIs, maintain dashboards, and report progress to stakeholders.
- Project Leadership: Lead PMO Stage-Gate projects focused on optimization, regulatory readiness, and cost efficiency.
- Training & Coaching: Deliver role-specific training and hands-on coaching to embed daily improvement practices.
- Culture Enablement: Build departmental capability for continuous improvement through mentoring and knowledge transfer.
What We’re Looking For
- Education: Bachelor’s in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field required; Master’s preferred.
- Experience: 4+ years in process improvement within healthcare, aging services, or human services.
- Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and facilitation skills; ability to coach teams and manage change.
- Technical: Proficiency in Excel, familiarity with Power BI/Tableau, and process-mapping tools (Visio, Lucidchart).
- Certifications: Lean/Six Sigma certification (Yellow/Green/Black Belt) strongly preferred.
